Treatsugarmodel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Treatsugarmodel responds to claims of copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit notices requesting removal of infringing content.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

Notices that do not comply with these requirements may not receive a response or may be deemed ineffective.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.
4. Our Response to Notices
4.1 Processing Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, Treatsugarmodel will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or that access has been disabled.
4.2 Processing Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Treatsugarmodel will forward a copy to the original complainant and inform them that the removed material may be restored or access re-enabled after a waiting period consistent with applicable law, unless the complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed. Treatsugarmodel reserves the right to restore removed content at its sole discretion following this process.
4.3 No Legal Obligation to Act on Deficient Notices
Treatsugarmodel is not obligated to take action on notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise fail to meet the requirements described in this policy. We reserve the right to seek clarification before acting on any notice.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Treatsugarmodel maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any rolling twelve-month period, or who has otherwise demonstrated a pattern of infringing conduct.
Treatsugarmodel reserves the right to terminate access for any user at its discretion where copyright infringement is reasonably suspected, regardless of whether a formal notice threshold has been reached.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may expose you to civil liability, including damages, court costs, and legal fees. Before submitting any notice or counter-notification, ensure that you have a genuine, good-faith basis for your claims.
Treatsugarmodel will not be liable for any actions taken in good faith reliance on information provided in a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
7. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
Treatsugarmodel accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, provided that such measures do not impose substantial costs on Treatsugarmodel or substantial burdens on its systems.
8. Third-Party Content
Treatsugarmodel hosts content contributed by users, instructors, and third-party collaborators. The presence of any such content on our platform does not constitute an endorsement by Treatsugarmodel of that content or any claim that it is free from third-party rights. Users who upload content to the platform represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to do so.
9. Changes to This Policy
Treatsugarmodel reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
